Call to Order
HB 1591 (Knowles) – Amends the County Code to maintain the current classification of every county regardless of population changes reflected in the 2020 census and retain existing classifications until the 2030 census.
Amendment A02032 (Kearney) – Allows a county to change classification based on its 2020 census population by ordinance or resolution of the board of commissioners prior to February 22, 2022.
