Call to Order
- SB 749 (Dush) – Amends the Second Class Township Code to prohibit the surcharge of township officials who have acted in good faith on a solicitor’s opinion and to provide for the appointment of a partnership, limited partnership, association or professional corporation as the township manager
- SB 753 (Kearney) – Amends Title 8 to make several technical changes and clarifications to the Borough Code. Updates the code to repeal current provisions regarding accumulation and collection of garbage and creates a new chapter called “Solid Waste Collection and Disposition” which closely aligns with the Third Class City Code and Second Class Township Code.
- SB 754 (Brown) – Amends the Municipalities Planning Code to authorize the electronic transmission of certain documents
